ADAM SANDERS

Master Adam Sanders is a multi-disciplinary martial artist and fitness professional with over 25 years in the fitness Industry and in both traditional and modern martial arts systems. He was inducted into the USA MARTIAL ARTS HALL OF FAME in 2018.

As the founder and head instructor at Warrior's Edge, Master Sanders blends striking arts, self defense,and strength and conditioning to help students Unleash their inner warrior-regardless of age or experience level.

Group Training

Kristie Westmoreland

Kristie is a leading trainer who holds a Master’s degree in Health Education and is also certified in personal training, Sports Nutrition, Strength and Conditioning, and as a Flexologist. With over 20 years of experience in the fitness field, she is equipped to help you achieve your goals, whether it's weight loss, muscle gain, enhanced flexibility, or sculpting the perfect glutes—she will get you to your best physical condition.

Jeremiah Simmons

Jeremiah is a Master Trainer, holding various certifications in Personal Training and Nutrition, and he has a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition. Additionally, he is currently pursuing his Master's in Nutrition. With 20 years of experience in the industry, Jeremiah has collaborated with numerous boot camps, bodybuilders, and sport competition training, focusing on enhancing health and facilitating lifestyle changes through not just our dietary choices but also our physical activities.
